They work in Doctor’s offices, when you go in they check your blood pressure/weight and their by computers with desks. Do RN’s do that? Is there another title?

Do you mean a medical assistant? They can be registered or certified.
Also, a medical office specialist does more administrative stuff, but can also be trained to do vitals,
Actually anybody with some training ,can take vitals (nurses , nurse aides, emts )
Always remember the key word when working in health care is cross training.
