How do I get my RN if I already have a BS in Healthcare Administration? I just want a second degree?
I graduated from Ohio University in 2003 with a BS in Healthcare Administration and since working have decided I would like to get a second bachelors degree in Nursing to become a RN in California. I am interested in a second degree and not masters, I do not want to take the GRE

I used to work at a university’s School of Health Professions department.
I know that many schools now have a "Second BSN" program. This means that you have a B.S (or even a B.A.) in another area, so you just need to do whatever nursing classes you’re missing. This is usually a four or five semester program, and by the time you’re done, you get a BSN and a RN license.
Why get a BSN?
Besides the advantage of being better prepared for the profession, you will also get paid more.
